MISSION STATEMENT

To establish a Developmental Center for Health and Awareness.

Nestled up against the wild and pristine eastern slopes of Glacier National Park 30 miles South of the Canada Border lies 173 acres of private land with rich soil, diverse fauna and flora, creeks, forests and a soon-to-be home for people (like you?).

We are seeking:

1)Teachers of natural living/wholistic subjects/martial arts
2)Cooks (Macrobiotic, Natural Foods, ...)
3)Alternative energy systems (those with knowledge of)
4)Natural architecture enthusiasts
5)Skilled people in the various off-the-grid fields
6)Healers
7)Organic gardeners
8)People with ideas and energy

We begin principal construction in the spring of 2010. Plans are for:

1)Central kitchen and dining area where all can share meals
2)Meeting hall for lectures, massage, martial arts practice, meditation, etc.
3)Dormitory-style housing to accommodate less permanent visitors
4)Root-cellars for storage
5)Fences
6)Well
7)Gravity-fed water pipeline from one of the creeks for irrigation,
micro-hydro electric power generation, and (filtered) drinking water.
8)Hybrid electric power generating system combining the micro-hydro
with wind-turbine and photovoltaics via an inverter and battery bank(s)
9)Extensive gardens (organic)
10)Carefully managed site much in line with the tenets of permaculture.

The goal is to provide a place for people to live simply, eat well, feel free -- totally free, relax, clear the cob-webs from their lives and minds and begin to blossom as humans, begin to realize the profound potentials within themselves.

We feel the longer that well-meaning, "seeking" people can spend intimate with nature, the more likely that they will begin to grasp their true potentials and wish to begin sharing with others. We wish to provide such an atmosphere for those sincerely interested.
